Shipping Policy
Thai customers: Free express shipping (2-3 work days)
International customers: DHL Express (3-5 work days) 1,390-1,890Thai baht / Registered post (7-14 work days) 800-1,200Thai baht
International customers are responsible for any additional customs/duties fees that may occur depending on location.
Products in stock will be shipped from our address within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking number when your product has been shipped from our address.
You are responsible for making sure that all information such as name, address, e-mail and phone number is correct and up-to-date so we can reach you at any time regarding your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
-The refund or exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery.
-Customers have the right to open the package to check contents and try product, but the product must be returned unused. Products that have been used or show any signs of wear may not be returned.
-All original packaging must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
-We only allow exchange on the same Product (same price/same colour) in a different size.
-We do not accept returns/exchanges on discounted products.

Return/exchange via Shipment
BRAVE SHOES currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Returns/exchanges may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit.
If you wish to return or exchange our products, please send an email to braveshoesofficial@gmail.com with subject "Return/Exchange" and write your order number to receive instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will process your credit immediately, and notify you via email once your credit has been successfully cleared. The refunded amount is credited back by using the original payment method within 3-7days.

BRAVE SHOES reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria. Items associated with requests that fail to comply may be sent back to the original original shipping address provided. Refunds will be processed following product inspection. Please note that original import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
