We accepts returns or exchanges of BRAVE SHOES products eligible to returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Products.

Customers have the right to open the package to check contents and try product, but the product must be returned unused. Products that have been used or show any signs of wear may not be returned.

All original packaging must be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Customer bears return charges.

We only allow exchange on the same Product (same price/same colour) in a different size. If you would like to receive a different Product or the same Product in a different colour instead, please return your Product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the Product you would like.

Please note that we do not accept returns on discounted products.

If you wish to return a garment, please send an email to braveshoesofficial@gmail.com with subject "Return/Exchange" and write your order number to receive instructions. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Once we receive your return, we will process your credit immediately, and notify you via email once your credit has been successfully cleared. Please allow 3-7 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement as each banks processing time may vary.
